  1. SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT

  3. Harold Hippo, referred to as SECURED PARTY, Kenneth Kangaroo,
  4. referred to as DEBTOR,  and Esther Echidna, referred to as SENIOR
  5. CREDITOR, agree: 
  6.  
  7. SECURED PARTY presently holds a security interest in the 
  8. following property of the DEBTOR: 
  9. laser printer 
  10.  
  11. SECURED PARTY hereby agrees that its security interest in the 
  12. above described goods shall be subordinated to, and of lesser 
  13. dignity that the claim of SENIOR CREDITOR, provided however, that 
  14. the total amount of such subordination shall not exceed $ 500.00 
  15. ( five hundred & no/100 dollars).

  17. The parties hereto agree to execute and instruments reasonably 
  18. requested by SECURED PARTY.
